Happy Christmas!

It has been an incredibly busy term and everyone is ready for a much needed rest! This month we have been focusing on ‘Community’ and how we are involved with different communities near and far.  We hosted the tea party for local people, who also watched the KS1 Nativity. Our recorders played for various village groups as well as in school.  Year 5 and 6 watched Park Skolan perform their St Lucia Festival in Sweden and sang songs to them. We made trees for the Tree Festival in St Peter’s Church.  I enjoyed accompanying Y3 to the village library where Karen read us Christmas stories.

We are all looking forward to the new classrooms ; building should start in January.

I wish you all a very Happy Christmas.  See you in 2016.
