Dear Parents

Administering Medicines: Following new guidance we have had to review and amend our administering medicines policy (Supporting pupils with Medical Conditions). The policy in full is being sent out by Parentmail, however, the most important change is that from January 1st we will only be able to administer prescription medicines in school time.  We will not be administering over the counter drugs or pills such as Calpol unless prescribed by a doctor. We also request that if your child needs a course of antibiotics to ask for one that is administered three times a day if possible, then you can give a dose before school, straight after school and in the evening and the medicine need not be brought to school.

Lost Property – See office if you have lost keys, spectacles, jewellery, a parker pen (Christmas Fayre), or a purse.

JTL Embroidery Uniform Shop – Their Retail Shop for school uniform in Chipping Norton will be closing from Jan 2015 – Online orders and deliveries to school are staying the same but orders cannot be collected by parents.
