We have been doing activities surrounding St George’s Day inside and outside, making puppet shows of the story, playing with the knights and castle and designing dragons. We have also been learning about May Day, doing May Day colouring, creating May pole collages and ordering months of the year.
We have been practicing our May Day songs and dances. The children worked really hard to remember all of the steps. They did brilliantly this morning and we were very proud. Thank you to parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles who came to support our May Day celebration.
