Clubs: REMINDER: There will be no Clubs next Wednesday 3 December due to the Christmas Fayre.
Christmas Cards Reminder: Children are invited to bring in one decorated card ‘bauble’ to hang on our Christmas tree in the hall. Children can write a message of good will to their friends and/or family (or any Christmas wishes or hopes) on the back. These goodwill baubles can be brought in from next Monday, ready to be hung on the tree in time for the Christmas Fayre. Please ensure they have a string attached!
There is no post box for cards at school; we discontinued the practice of school Christmas card post a couple of years ago after a suggestion from a parent that a Christmas bauble would be more eco-friendly and it also avoids the disappointment some children feel when they haven’t got a card.
Music Invitations: Parents of children who play guitar with Pete Watkins are invited to see them perform next Tuesday 2 December at 9.10am in the hall.
Parents of children in Woodwind Club are invited to watch them perform at their last session this term next Wednesday 3 December in Y4 Classroom straight after school.
Christmas Fayre: Wednesday 3 December, 5-7pm: Thank you for all your donations – it promises to be a bumper Christmas Fayre next week! We would also be very pleased to receive your donations of cakes from Monday. Please return any remaining sold or unsold raffle tickets to school next Monday. We look forward to seeing you at the Fayre.
Staffing: We’d like to welcome back Ms Kershaw full time to the Foundation Stage from 1st December. And say thank you to Ms Perry for being so flexible and covering the time.
Reminder: Recorder group – please remember recorders and best uniform for Monday’s performance at the Monday Club.
TheGivingMachine: Gives us a donation every time you shop on-line. For more information and to sign up please go to www.thegivingmachine.co.uk.
