Live Love Care Think Learn Dare

Nursery News 25 May 2018

Here are some of the things we have been busy doing this week:
• Completing a Learning Journey for Vinnie.
• Painting bluebells in the Forest and spring flowers in our garden.
• Using scissors to cut out the knickers we designed for the Queen to wear to the Royal Wedding. Please practise cutting with scissors at home.
• Going out onto the playground to learn how to do a relay race. We shall be going onto the field after half term to practise for sports day. Children do not need a PE kit but do need to wear sensible shoes or trainers for running.

Next Week Half Term Break

After half term:
Learning Journey for: Freya. All children will receive a Learning Journey each term. Please make an appointment with your child’s key person the week after their Learning Journey

Tuesday Forest Group 2 Please remember to bring full forest kit, waterproof coat and trousers and wellies even in summer as they protect from stinging nettles and ticks. Thank you

Book Week We shall be enjoying lots of activities relating to the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle
