Communication
It is important to us that we have a clear system in place for 2-way communication.
ParentMail
On a daily basis we use software called ‘Parentmail’.
This can be downloaded by parents as an app and also accessed via email.
School will use this to send you messages and it is also the place that you will find items to purchase such as after school clubs and trips.
When you join the school, you will be sent a link to sign up, and we ask that you monitor it regularly to stay informed of important information.

Scopay
ScoPay is another app which we ask you to download. This is primarily used to book school meal choices alongside any wrap around care needed.
We have a school Facebook page which we would love you to follow and engage with.

School Newsletter
Our school newsletter is full of information from across the year groups. It also showcases some of the lovely activities that are taking place. These are sent out on Parentmail each Friday and can also be found on our school website.
Meeting with a teacher
Parents will initially meet their child’s teacher at the Parents Information Meeting held early on at the start of a new school year. At these meetings, information will be communicated on topics such as items needed in school, an outline of the curriculum, any planned trips and extra-curricular opportunities. This is also an opportunity for you as a parent to ask questions.
Parent Evenings are held twice a year – in the Autumn and Spring terms. This is an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s teacher and discuss progress. At the end of the Summer term, you will receive a school report – complete with a gorgeous self portait from your child!
If you wish to speak with your child's teacher or another member of staff outside of these formal meetings, please contact the school office who will help arrange a suitable time to meet.
