Vision & Ethos
School Vision
In our school, to show God's love for everyone, we embed the Christian vision of 'Love your neighbour as yourself' (Matthew 22:39).
Children, parents, staff and Governors collaborated to form our school vision. Our vision and values are an expression of what we believe in as a school community. We aim for our children to think about personal and social values and become respectful, active and effective future citizens showing care and concern for their communities and the wider world.
At Hook Norton CE Primary School we provide a caring, nurturing and happy environment rooted in the Christian Faith. We are committed to developing children’s moral growth and spiritual identity and understanding. Our Christian Ethos contributes to the wellbeing and achievements of learners and our caring environment is inclusive to all members of the community and all faiths. We wish to support the emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual development of all our learners through our loving and supportive environment.
School Values
Our school values of 'Live Love Care Think Learn Dare' are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens so that they can flourish in the local, global and Christian communities.
Owl Values
