Chipping Norton School Partnership

Hook Norton School is one of the local primary schools which forms part of the Partnership with Chipping Norton Secondary School.

During 2023-2024, Hook Norton students attended 36 partnership events which are kindly hosted by CNS giving our pupils an opportunity to gain an insight into what life at secondary school is like and meet with others who might be new classmates in years to come!

We take groups of children to events, nominate ‘Able, Interested and Motivated’ individuals for specific workshops, curriculum clubs and invite children to attend Family Focus Workshops with their adults. Last year, 199 of our pupils attended one of more of these events.

In 2023-2024 there were a total of nine sports tournaments and eight sports festivals held and Hook Norton attended every one, taking a total of 225 pupils to participate.
