Parent Support Advisor

We are very fortunate to have a PSA, Mrs Williams, on our team.

An experienced member of staff, Mrs Williams has worked at Hook Norton School for 17 years and for two days a week, her role is to support families in the school and to ensure that there are no barriers to the children’s learning.

This may include signposting families to benefits they are entitled to, helping with day-to-day challenges or supporting the attendance of children. Increasingly, there is also a focus on supporting families where a member is struggling with their health, both physical and mental.

“Please do come and speak to me if you’ve any concerns. I can’t promise I will have all of the answers, but I will always aim to offer support and advice and be a listening ear when needed.”
